At the PTSA meeting on January 13th, Bennett PTSA members voted to endorse a “YES” vote on both Bellevue School District ballot measures appearing on the February 10, 2026 special election ballot:

- Proposition No. 1 – Renewal of the Educational Programs and Operations Levy, and
- Proposition No. 2 – Renewal of the Technology and Capital Projects Levy.

Important Things to Know:

This is a renewal levy — not a new tax. It continues existing funding.
Special Election Ballots due February 10th — every vote matters in low-turnout elections.
Levies bridge the gap between what the state funds and what students actually need.
These levies support 24% of Bellevue School District’s entire budget — essential staff, programs, and services depend on them for funding including elementary art and music, STEM programs, after school activities, school counselors, some school nurses, and many other staff positions.
We need everyone to vote YES and talk to others about voting YES on the levies to protect student opportunities, well-being, and learning conditions.

Important MCT information for parents and students

Important notes about students’ registration:

1. Tournament Fee: $26 per student.
2. This tournament is in-person only and not available online. Seats are limited and first come first serve.
3. Tournament fee is non-refundable and non-transferable - 20% of the tournament fee will be given back to participating schools (through the MCT give back programs). A portion of the tournament fee will also be allocated to sponsor and support the FREE Math Challenge Program.
4. If you need to request changes (i.e. division, name, etc.) after registration, you can submit a Change Request at: https://www.ellipsisacademy.com/mct---change-request2.html.
5. Once you've registered, you will immediately receive a registration confirmation email containing additional information. If you didn't see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
6. The organizer for your school/center will send out an email with details on this event (within 1 week of the event).
7. Last day to register is March 6th, 2026.
8. Last day to submit a change request is March 6th, 2026.

🔍 Science Week Chair/Co-Chairs/Committee - Science Week is approaching in late April! We have ideas for a new design this year but need a small committee to make it a reality!
