Reflections
Reflections is a National PTA arts program that invites students to create original works inspired by the 2025–2026 theme, “I Belong!”. Bennett students may enter in the Visual Arts category, with divisions by grade (K–2, 3–5) and an Accessible Arts division (K–5). Entries are due to the Bennett PTSA Reflections team by Friday, November 14, 2025. Top submissions advance to the Bellevue PTSA Council by December 1, 2025.

Trunk or Treat
Bennett PTSA is hosting our annual Trunk or Treat event in the Bennett parking lot on Friday, October 24th from 5-7 PM. Families are invited sign up to decorate their car trunks, dress in costume, and hand out treats to our students. We are also looking for volunteers to donate candy, set up and clean up, and lend outdoor games for the event.

Walkathon
It’s not too late to donate to the Walkathon! Help us meet our school goal and earn an all-school Glow Party!
The Walkathon funds the PTSA’s programs including community events like Field Day and Science Week, field trips and curriculum enhancement materials for each grade, a grant for instructional support for the school, and more! These programs are not possible without your help.

PTSA Member Meeting
Our next PTSA general member meeting is Tuesday, October 21st from 6-8 PM in the Bennett library. Agenda items include: a Walkathon update, information from Bellevue PTSA Council President Mendi Carroll, voting on standing rules and a budget amendment, and committee reports. You must be a current member to vote; click “Join PTSA” above to join. We look forward to seeing you there!

In class support
PTSA members volunteer as parent room coordinators and curriculum enhancement leads (field trips!) We also provide funding for instructional assistants and general school assistants dedicated to each grade level.
School wide events
The PTSA organizes school wide events including the Walkathon, STEM Night, Field Day, Egg Drop Challenge, movie nights and more. We count on the generosity of parents to lead the planning and organizing of these events!
Before/After school clubs
Chess Club, 3D Printing, LEGO Robotics, and Indian Dance are some of the clubs offered before and after school. Sign up your child, and volunteer to help us offer more programs if you have suggestions!
